简述 SKETCH

本仪器是用来测试对称通信电缆的工作电容C值、对地电容不平衡e值、对屏（外来地）电容不平衡ea值和线对间电容不平衡K值的。仪器可对通信电缆进行终端测量和中间测量，也可在实验室和线路上对通信电缆进行检测。仪器终端为彩色液晶显示。　

This instrument is used to test the working capacitance C value, ground capacitance imbalance e value, shield (external ground) capacitance imbalance ea value, and inter-pair capacitance imbalance K value of symmetric ommunication cables. It can perform terminal and intermediate measurements on communication cables, as well as testing in both laboratory and field environments. The instrument features a color LCD display terminal.
